P1319 seems to be possibly related to low fuel pressure if your tank is near empty, although that may not be a definitive cause. Some deeper digging indicates that another cause for that code is clogged catalytic converters resulting in high backpressure; if you've been misfiring for a while then it makes sense that your cats might be toast.
But start with plugs, wires, and coil packs. Based on some of the cleared codes it looks like you might need to do your downstream O2 sensors as well.

Got to think about what would toast your cats and cause misfires. Time for a block check to see if there may be coolant in one of the cylinders.

Bad plugs, wires, coils, O2s, MAF, purge valve, and many other things can all cause misfires. Checking for head gasket leaks or block cracks is not a bad idea, but things might not be that bad.

Don't quote me on this, but I seem to remember a number of those codes being associated with bad MAF sensors, specifically the "wrong ratio" code. That in conjunction with bad O2 sensors would definitely cause misfires. Definitely do some searching, but if I'm remembering correctly then that may set you in the right direction.

I bought a cheap Ebay MAF about a year ago, and just cleaned it last week and maybe that is my problem...

I can literally drive the truck 10miles to work without the CE light flashing... And sometimes when I start it, the CE flashing happens right away... Actually it is happening more than not, that the CE light flashes on start up, but goes away and won't start flashing unless I apply too much throttle, or when climbing a hill.. once I let off, it stops flashing and won't start again unless I climb a hill again...

Disco Mike was always adamant that we should buy only genuine Bosch MAFs. He'd seen too many instances of aftermarket MAFs failing out of the box.

I grab OEM ones from the junk yard all the time. Sensor itself is the same on 99-02 Range Rover's, 99-02 D2, and 03-04 D2's. Only difference is the housing itself (4.0 vs 4.6). I normally get them anywhere from 5.00 to 15.00 tops. Never hurts to have a few trail spares.

VW beetles use the same MAF as well. I found several in town because the Beetle is way more common than the disco. They were all trashed due to sitting out in the weather but they were all the same Bosch model number as the disco unit, so viable option if your area doesn't have a bunch of discos

Thumbs up I got it done

Ok, so I got motivated and decided to tackle the job... I was able to change out he coil packs and plugs without removing the intake. Getting the coild packs out was very tight but it's doable! My hands are beat to hell, my ribs hurt from laying on the engine, and I can't find that wrench I threw as far as I could...

Truck runs great! no codes!

Glad it's done!!
