Ordered NGK Iridiums, Kingsborne 8mm Wires, and the Standard Motors Coils.

I think I am going to try and get the coils out without removing the intake. In the RAVE, releasing the coils packs and moving them out of the way is done prior to removing the intake.

We'll see. I hope I get some decent weather.

Relocate your coil packs while you are at it! Only have to bust your knuckles one time

If I had a garage I may do it, but I will have to struggle where they are now.

It really isn't that much trouble to remove the intake. I've struggled doing it without removing it on an SAI vehicle and I busted all my knuckles, and cursed a lot. With the intake manifold removed you can do it faster overall, and do a much cleaner job of routing the wires.

I no longer have busted knuckles and I can knock it out in no time now.

Same. Removing the intake honestly becomes a breeze after the first time. I can have it torn apart at this point in a hair over 15 minutes. Actually, maybe a hair under 15 now that I dont have the SAI to deal with.

Yep I agree it's a breeze now. Gives me more time to really get the wires routed perfectly.

I agree its not that big of a deal to get the upper off, but now the full tune up takes 15 minutes.

Idk, just makes 100% more sense, to me, to not have them back there.
