I don't have the part number but, here would be my recommendation...

Take the wheel off and check the wheel liner for fitment/ tears. You may need to order a new one.

Easy cheap approach...get some expanding foam or caulking and fill the gap from the door side.

I appreciate it. I'll look into it more and keep post my solution.

How bout you install the glove box part you are waiting on an forget about it. I this is an out there thread if I’ve ever seen one.

Because if it's a hole of some sort which outside air is coming in then water might be able to come in. I don't want my rover to be ragged.

Take a hair dryer and blow air around the firewall and door areas. Do it with the truck off and see what you find.

Maybe the area under the windshield?
