Default Made the plunge

I ended up purchasing the 04 DII, after giving it another once over the vehicle seemed to be in good shape and the previous owners appeared to ensure the vehicle was serviced by the dealer at all of the recommended service intervals. The lady I bought the vehicle from was given the DII for repayment of a debt and she only put a couple hunderd miles on it since she owned it. The oil was changed last year with only 200 miles on it since the change and was super clean. So clean it was hard to tell the level on the stick. With 204K on the odometer I was surprised at how clean the oil appeared.

Since the purchase, I replaced all of the brake pads and front rotors. The front brake needed replaced but the back were still really good. Changed out the front, center, and rear diff lubes and had the brake system and tranny fluids flushed. The LH seat switch was fried and replaced it with one from ebay..$23 easy fix. Replaced a burnt out dash bulb and drained 1/2" of water out of the LH head light assembly. Not sure how that got in there. Waiting for a RH window regulator, the current one is trashed. Everything else appears to be working. Have had a P0420 code pop up twice now if I get on throttle hard on bank one (RH side I believe) I suspect the cats may need replaced. It does have a slight ticking once it's warmed up. Sounds like a common problem. Will have to investigate in the future where it's comming from. Attached is a pic of the seat switch. It was definitely chard!

Cheers
