Default Console Lights Inquiry

Hi there,

Really random question, but does anyone know if the control buttons for the heat/ac are supposed to light up (i.e. power, defrost, fan, auto, etc.). I have a 2004 Discovery and just realized last night they don't light up, so I'm not sure if I need to replace a fuse or if they even light up at all? I find it really strange if they don't because you'd want to be able to see them at night, especially since the buttons to turn the temperature up/down light up. Anyway, thanks in advance.

Ryan

Uh...yea, yea they are.

Its not a blown fuse though, its a burnt out bulb or two.

Did you hear the one about the guy that peeked into a Land Rover and
asked the owner "How can you tell one switch from another at night?
They all look the same. " "He replied, it does not matter which one
you use, nothing happens !"

How many LR owners does it take to change a lightbulb?
