For the stock reverse lamps I fitted Twenty20 LED lamps in there and they are an absolute wonder. Great and Bright. I only now use the rear work light when, ahem, needing more light at the back. I think I got the Twenty20s from Autobulbsdirect.co.uk.

UK Based, but if you're in the USA I'm sure you'll find a variant suitable for yourself.

382 Twenty20 Impact Cree LED Canbus Bulb 12V P21W

I also used 380 Twenty20 Impact Cree LED Canbus Bulb 12V P21/5W for the side/brake lights although I think I have ended up going back to incandecent for those as they didnt work out as well on LEDs.
