We have a collection of those... but sadly none of the 04 versions. I did get to see the mystical 04 on version at LR Jag Scarborough in Maine.

Those look like the 18" hurricane wheels on the bottom of the chart to me. Could be wrong though.

They're the 16" style 2s IIRC
