Coolant Block Check Results = Bad Head gasket?
I have noticed I am losing some coolant out of the reservoir and I have been refilling the expansion tank back up over time. I decided I would start diagnosing the issue and
1- I cannot find any visual leaks
2- sometimes smell hot antifreeze after long drives
3- Today I did a block check test and it tested positive for combustion gasses (see photo, blue is new chemical, tester pulled from disco)
What do I need to check next?

You have a blown head gasket, this is the #3 going to happen issue with the DII.
Not a big deal, fix it yourself for about $500 or have it done at a indie shop for about $1500.
Pretty soon you will start getting misfire codes as well as rough running and it you overheat it you will destroy the engine.

I had the same chemical test results. Just had the head gasket replaced and a valve job. At the same time I had the injectors flow matched, glad I had them checked as I ad 2 bad injectors that I ended up replacing. Oh and I had oil pump gear and water pump replaced while it was there too. The bill wasn't pretty.
