OK, do you guys have some pointers on HOW to remove that belly shield?

I cut mine off with a dremel in about 5 minues. Others remove the steering stabilizer shock and slide it out that way.

I bought a tie rod seperator tool from discount tool warehouse that I used to seperate the drag link (around $20) you can also find it at Harbour frieght. Disconnect the drag link and it should just slide forward. I was tempted to just toss the belly shield away, but I may be moving from sunny Florida to Vermont, and I thought it may be useful in cold weather.
