Been trying to figure out a coolant leak. Finally replaced the Reservoir and seemed to help from a sitting still standpoint, but when you run the truck, I get a dribble from the location in the photos below. I do not think the lines that the drops are coming from are coolant lines. Where do you guys think the leak is coming from?
Check the bolts of the water pump from above. The longer bolts which go into the block can leak since some of the threaded holes connect to the coolant passage. Just tightening the bolt in question might fix it. If not, you can try to reseal the bolt(s) in question.
If I use a Coolant system pressure check/tester kit, will it expose these issues around the water pump, or does the truck actually have to be running and warmed up

i believe you would need the thermostat open…. So warmed up?
