Default coolant leak question?

I am leaking coolant from one of two hard lines. I can see it dripping off the lines on the passenger side right behind the motor, about where the tranny bolts up. It appears to go underneath the firewall & right above the transmission. I think these maybe the transmission cooler in/out lines? whats the easiest way to go about changing one or both of these?
It has set in my driveway for about 10 months due to heater core going out so I bypassed the heater core for a test drive & so it wouldn't have to be towed to a garage, that's when I found the leak in those hard lines. It was also really blowing some white smoke so it may be done for. I only let it run for about 5 min but are there any other reasons that a it would be crop dusting my neighborhood?

condensation will need to burn off. If keeps smoking' that'll be head gaskets. Here is a plumbing plan. Coolant does not flow in/out of transmission. Leaks at rear of engine usually HG.

I have already looked at that diagram(have a rave pdf file) & I don't see the lines I am referring to on there.there are two hard lines on the passenger side of the bell housing that appear to be the ones leaking. they look like they run under the firewall. I will try to get a pic

This pic was taken on the passenger side just behind the exhaust manifold. the lines I am referring to are the ones that are horizontal in the picture. You can see they run under the firewall. Not for sure coolant is coming from inside the lines but it sure looks that way. It could be running out of the head gasket on the backside of the motor & running down these lines.

No coolant goes to rear air, or to tranny. There are vent lines for the differentials and other parts of drive train, but only oil vapor in them. However, leak from rear of engine can be head gaskets, or maybe even freeze plugs, or valley pan gasket.

well i found out that the coolant is running down on the lines in the picture & not coming out of them! BLOWN HEAD GASKET I guess! oil was like chocolate milk. As I am no longer a Land Rover enthusiast you can now find this vehicle in the classified section HaHa.
