Try taking a short drive to Cabela's and see if they have them. If not you might also check an Academy.

Yeah I was talking about the Cabela's in Buda.
Once you remove the console and knock out the rivets, you can get to everything from the top. Hardest part is getting to the 2 bolts closest to the passenger side.

Unplug all the connectors that sit on top of the selector. Tie them out of the way. I then removed the shift cable that will no longer be used. Then tie up all the other cables to the rivet holes with zip ties. This will give you more room to work. Feel free to call me if you have any questions.

I didn't see any so I went with the pre built ones, I'll run up there later tonight after work.

On the cdl install you will only cut a square piece for the del lever to go side to side and up down. You do everything from the top, drill out rivets and go to town.

A level surface helps because you are messing with the shifter and a good wheel chuck comes in handy.

Your going to need a stubby wrench to get to those last bolts or I was able to get to them with one of these:

Combo Go-Thru Socket Set - SAE & Metric 21 Pc
