I just got my new TJM bumper today, and have a coupe of questions about it.

First off, I was able to get it aligned pretty easily as far as gaps between the fenders and grille, but the bumper is offset to the passenger side an inch or so. I know the previous owner had hit something on the passenger side; the bumper was cracked and the OEM brush guard was slightly bent, but it didn't appear too serious. Is there a recommended or any way at all to fix this?

Second, as I had the bumper in the driveway about to put it on, my son who was watching knocked the bumper over and scratched it pretty good. What would be the best paint to touch this up/prevent rust where it's scratched down to the bare metal?

Also, I got an 04 CDL from the junkyard for $80 the other day. Doesn't really have anything to do with the thread but I wanted to brag about my awesome deal haha

 

Could have tweaked the frame horns/chassis when he got in the accident. The factory bar attaches directly to the chassis.
