2001 disco II SD

Hello, well I found out my c c dosnt work, I pressed the botton just off to the right of the dash, then hit set while I was at the speed and it didnt hold, th cc button does lite up.So I looked under the hood found the vacume hose broken, (replaced it), still no luck, now on the bottom of the cc there is a male connection that dosnt have a hose at the end, cant see where it could go to.I dont under stand as all the other cars I had, a vacume line was conected to the manifold, the land rover does not have this.So I read up some more, found if the fuse to my horn was blown that would effect the cc, so I looked as my horn didnt work.Well this time the fuse was blown, I replaced it, it worked once then stoped working, but it didnt blow the fuse.O' yea, I read another post hear and there is no vacume line that goes from the cc through the fire wall by the brake master cylender.
