Cylinders not firing
Is the #6 cylinder getting spark, how does that spark plug compare to a plug from a cylinder that isn't misfiring? RMT is more than likely correct on the #3 injector as the computer is saying it is an open circuit.
Your converters are quite probably bad if you have been driving with a flashing check engine light for any great length of time.

Gues I'm going to have to fall in line with all the other frustrated LR owners and drop it to the dealership. I hate that cuz Soooooo many others did that and spent tons of money with them just to get a "We cant fix it" from
them too.
them too.
I've had that problem and those codes. Engine idles fine but no power at highway speeds and absolute terrible fuel consumption (Yes, even worse than normal for a Rover). You have a bad Fuel Injector on Cylinder 3 (Driver side). Replacement cost is north of $200.00 for the part, almost $300 if I remember properly and you can do it yourself as it's the same steps as getting to the Coil Packs. Get an Upper Intake gasket while your at it, fairly cheap. Download RAVE. And next time get your codes to these guys sooner as you could've resolved this problem way back then! Also a bad fuel injector dumping too much fuel into one cylinder can and will prematurely ruin O2 Sensors. Good luck to you! These trucks put us in a rare fraternity and we must take care of one another!

As for the original poster. Could you please answer a few things for me.
1) When you replaced the coil pack and wires did you take the intake manifold off?
2) What brand coil and wires did you use?
3) Have you taken each wire off one at a time and checked for spark?
4) Is your MAF plugged in?
5) Where is Texas are you located? There might be one of us close by that can come by and check out your Rover for you.
6) Are you still getting the same Trouble codes or have they changed?

My apologies on the price on the injector. I've got to be careful of posting and drinking! I paid around $150 for the part and remember getting it in hand and wondering why so much for such a small part. I was not aware of the rebuild kit at the time but that is interesting information. Any detailed information on the breakdown and cleaning of the injector? And not just replacing O-rings...?

When I rebuilt mine I went a step further and ultrasonic cleaned them and I built a homemade flow bench to test the spray patterns and the before and after flow. I measured the amount of fuel that came out after 15 seconds and wrote my numbers down, then I retested after I rebuilt them to make sure they were all delivering the same amount of fuel with good spray patterns.
I know most people won't want to do all this yourself so I recommend buying a cheap used set of injectors off Ebay and shipping them out to get cleaned and repaired. You will get 8 like new injectors for the price of 1 new injector.
