D1 wipers on D2 findings.
I know subject has been discussed before on numerous forums, but I got D1 wiper armsfor my D2, which allowed me to install those 'REFLEX' wipers that have no mecanism to get clogged with snow and ice, and the difference is simply day and night. I've never seen so clearly throughmy Disco'swindshield in the rain and I had new ANCO refills in my stock wipers.
ThoseREFLEX wipers are all but cheap, but all in all, counting the arms and wipers it cost me less than a new set of regular wipers for the odd D2 arms.
So D1 arms on D2 = 22 inch wiper on driver's side and 20 inch on pass. side ( I tried 21 but too long exchangedthem for 20 and it's perfect)
That's all I had to say about that

Do I really need to say it? Do I? Really? LOL
Glad to here that Steph, I have the same kind of blades on my DI and they do work great. Other than the ocatinional leaf or pine needle getting stuck under the blade and making a streak, a great wiper blade. And the air dam really holds the wiper to the glass while driving.
No ice build up on the wiper balde even while driving for 3 hours in a blizzard last winter. The only clear sopt on the glass was where the wipers were.
Did you get your heated windshield figured out?

Nope, not yet. I'm off tomorrow, so I'll get at it again, and this time I'll use my multimeter. I find it odd that both sides don't work.
