I have been looking all through this forum and others trying to determine the color of the two discos I recently acquired. I'm aware of this website (https://www.dingocroft.co.uk/acatalog/paint91.htm) that lists all the paint codes and color names, but I have been unsuccessful in finding a true complete catalog of all the D2 colors, with pictures. The thread on AULRO that was intended to do this is missing pictures for most of the pictures due to broken links and whatnot. None of my three D2s have a paint code under the hood like I have seen pictures of on here, or on the door jam. I'm planning on calling my local dealer after they open to give them the vin on all my trucks to see if they can give me the code, and I will reply to this thread with pictures and the actual paint code for all three of mine afterwards. But I would appreciate anyone who for sure knows their paint to chime in with a picture (in good lighting), the year, and the color name/code! Please only post if you are providing this information or can link me to an existing catalog so that this thread does not get cluttered.

I'm pretty sure both of the new trucks are Oxford blue, but I have not been able to confirm that yet. White gold truck is an 01, as is the blue one on the right (not on jack stands) and the one on the left is an 02.

 

2001 Discovery 2 - Paint code 642 - color name Blenheim Silver.

I seriously have seen the last 8 years thinking this truck was white gold, and only today learned its silver... not sure how I feel about that one lol.

 

When you own Blenheim, and you see a White Gold truck... you will look down your nose and think how superior Blenheim is... hahahaha

2001 Discovery 2 - Paint code 644 - Color name Oslo Blue

Looking at the pictures I could find online I thought this was Oxford Blue, but I was wrong there once again. The dark blue and dark greens are my favorite disco colors, and this one being this color was honestly a major part of the reason I picked it up in the first place. Also confirmed the other blue one I have (the 02) is also Oslo Blue.

 

Ha ! So it is 'silver gold'; not 'champagne' as I was told...

Other years had some different colors available. My '99, for example, is Rioja Red but that color is not in the 2000 brochure. I have a 2001 brochure too. Only nine colors are shown in it. Rutland Red and Kinversand are gone. Oxford Blue is replaced by Oslo Blue, and Niagara Gray is replaced with Bonatti Gray.
