D2 slipped into neutral while on highway at 70mph
Driving at 70mph. D2 lost all power to wheels. Coasted to side of highway, turned off truck
1st thought differential went up.. doesn't seem to be the case.
Side of the highway, I put the truck in to park restarted, put in to Drive. Still in "Neutral " tested all gears with same results.
Towed home. this morning I went out did the E-Brake test. Was able Pull truck forward
Released the E- Brake , re did the test. Everything now seem to be working correctly.. pulled codes got 18 !
1884 ( CAN wfpdk dki invalidp ) , p0340 (camshaft sensor)
*P1451, P0414, P0102, P0135, P0155, ,etc 02 heater circuit?
No CEL light.
Where do I begin.. ? What going on ?

The one time, several years ago, something like this happened to me it was the transfer case that popped out of High and into Neutral. I'd had the truck in Low range offroad and when I shifted it back into High for the highway I didn't get it fully engaged. Once I was a mile or two on the highway it popped into Neutral. Sounds like this isn't the case with your truck, or could it have been the t-case?

I got no codes, plus your codes are all SAI or engine management codes so are probably not related.
What happens if the trans is in Park and you try to push it? Does the parking pawl stop the truck or can you roll it? If the truck rolls with the trans in Park the problem is likely the t-case?
