This one

P0103 Mass or volume air flow circuit high input

Means the MAF is railing to the VCC voltage of +5 or +12 - whatever the MAF uses for a reference voltage.

In plan speak - MAF looks to be shorting to the supply voltage.
Trace the wires from the MAF plug back - make sure they are not touching
hot metal and shorting.

Other than that = MAF may be shorting out internally - new MAF time.

P1175 - Looks to be CAM control fault. Cam sensor.
P1172 - can't find it. All the forums point to this is related to the MAF

Replace the MAF with a Bosch MAF and all the codes will probably not come back after you do a code clear.

Mike will know where to get a good MAF.
