Delete fob security...
Yes you can change EKA setting with Nanocom. Enable EKA and you set it. I highly recommend you keep the digit # low. Like 1 or 2... people set like 9 and that’s insane because it takes forever.

My NAS D2 has a radio code, and the nanocom was able to pull an EKA code. Is this something the first owner was able to set? Do you need to have an EKA code enabled in order to disable the security for the car?
rehashing a scenario here:
I locked my disco with the fob, unlock button is damaged (my good fob/key was lost a few weeks ago). How am I able to get truck to start? If I understand correctly I'll need the eka code, is it possible to get it to stay unlocked and alarm not go nuts while battery is hooked up?
edit: unlocking and locking door and center console locking button does not allow truck to fire up. Fixed door so I'm able to unlock car without alarm sounding but it is not disabling the alarm fully as it won't turn over.

If it was a P38 you would for sure be correct, you need to enter the EKA to start the engine. I don't think the D2 is as unforgiving but I don't know the answer as to what you need to do.
