I am not too worried about the current noise from my rack just don't want to add any more if I can help it - LOL.

Do you know of a write-up or "how-to" to see how you guys have overlapped and attached it? And do you just buy 2 sheets? What did you use to attach it, zip ties?

Thanks-

Ok - do i get the "PolyMax Poultry Overlapping/Kennel Flooring" or the "PolyMax Non-Overlapping Poultry/Kennel Flooring"? From the description it sounds like you could use either. Which are people using tho, how about the pictures in the link you showed me? Which did he use?

I guess $80 isn't too bad for a sturdy floor on the rack...

he used the overlapping, i have seen people also put it on the angled part of the rack where he had left it exposed. it really depends on the shape of the rack and amount of support bars underneath as to what will work best. i suggest the overlapping for strength no matter what the shape.

LOL - i said try it first but if it doesn't work or you don't like it you can get the chicken coop stuff cheap.

Either way I can't wait to see this thing finished.

Well, My SD rack is ali chequer plated (what we call it) and I have no issues with it at all, and I would much rather use that than tie-wrapped chicken flooring.
