dip stick retro

would it be possible to add a trans mission dip stick to my 2003 discovery

possibly by taking parts from a older discovery that had a dip stick?

No, the lower shape of the tranny housing has a different shape.

why a dipstick?

if it pours out, then its full. otherwise, add more.
