disco 2 trip prep
right before I left my battery died... this morning in el paso it wouldn't start gave me a scare.... I thought maybe I had overlooked anelectrical problem... battery post connection was no 1 wiggle it startedt good I wiggled the wire and it started pfwew
Well, I'm resuming a 4,200 mile journey in the rover with everything i own. I've already made it from north carolina to Texas where i stopped for a while. The rest of the journey will take me to Seattle WA.
I've got motor oil and oil filter. and antifreeze on hand as well as a good jack, and common tools (including recovery equip
). i've greased my freshly rebuilt front driveshaft. serviced tranny and front brake pads. Its got fresh oil and fresh tires.
WHAT AM I FORGETTING!? I'd love some insight from you land rover sages out there.

are you taking the trails of the old west or highway driving? How about a credit card and a bible and a map of lr dealers across the country.
