Download a free copy of a Rave CD, shop manual, link below, and follow the directions.

Seriously crappy. You better make sure the core is actually leaking and its not something else. if the floor is wet make sure its not the sunroof and its actually coolant leaking. They royally suck. Order a new set of lines cause they a bolted to the back of the heater box and sealed to it. You have to pull the entire dashboard out. Its a six to ten hour job. Its not fun at all.

That's craziness a heater core can be done in 4 hours without removal of the dash. And that's 4 hours if its your first time. after working in a shop and doing quite a few I can do one in a few hours now. You will be able to use the same lines if you don't bend them during removal. The aluminum on the heater matrix is soft and so are the lines but if your careful you can manage with out bending them. You will want to buy the heater matrix that comes with new O rings and new clamps. Think about how much of a pain in the **** it would be if you had to remove and replace the lines just to change a heater matrix. That's silly dude.
