The crank sesnor is on the drivers side of the engine, at the back about half way down.
Just remove and replace.

I do not see it. Can you be a little more spacific about the location? Should i be able to see this from the top or do i have to get under it? its probable right in front of my face.

I just did this, it is on the drivers side, on the Bell Housing, behind the exhaust pipe.
It has a heat shield (cover) that you need to remove first. When removing sensor, make sure you don't lose the spacers, and put back the same way.
