to be fair, dealers use NADA guides to price their cars (generally).
here is what i came up with for an 04 HSE w/ 70k and all options...

these are the same prices that dealers use, not kbb (kelly blue book).
kbb is useless.

this was with zip code 80521 (ft collins).

bear in mind, this is for a top-of-the-line 2004.

keep searching for the right one at the right price, there are good deals to be had, especially in todays market.
