Default Disco II Gearing

I currently am geared at 4.75 with airlockers and 255/85/16 tires. I don't typically do too much highway driving so this isn't normally a problem, but at 70mph I'm hitting 3200-3300 RPM. Is this too high? and what can fix this? 4.11 gears, smaller tires, etc.

Thanks

That's too high for sure.

Bigger tires or 4.11's gears. I'd go with 4.11's personally. LR stuff wont hold the a big tire, especially the size you'd need with 4.75's. Did you buy the truck with those gears in or did you install?

4.11 gears are dying, 4.12 are your best bet. There is some 4.14 gears floating around as well.

Yeah I bought it with those installed, so am I understanding that larger tires will lower my RPM and smaller tires will worsen the problem?
