Disco II starting to run hot...causes???

First, degrease your engine. Make sure to get around the heads and valve covers.
How hot are we talking about? My 03 runs about a notch above the center line.
Does it get hotter than normal when idling, or only under a load (driving)?
Did you notice any smells? Coolant perhaps?

Also there are no leaks of any kind.

The last post on this thread was almost twelve years ago.
If you do a bit more reading on this forum you will learn that the dash gauge is almost useless. There are literally dozens of threads on how to address overheating issues including flushing the system and changing the coolant, along with getting an an accurate readout device.
