Default Discovery 2 2001 - Cannot Make Brakes Work

Need someone with D2 brake knowledge to help me figure out why I cant get the braks to work at all pedal all the way down.

It all started changing pads never opened the line backed up the piston on left side, never had rakes after that.

Decided to then replace both front calipers with new ones.
Bleed all 4 corners manually and with the bleeder pump.

Bought I Carsoft Multi System Diagnostic scanner the thing supports Jaguar / Land Rover but the D2 model listed is the diesel model I have not idea why absolutely worthless.

ABS light is now ON bled brakes multiple times still no brakes none. Runs great just has no breaks and I cannot figure this out.

Any suggestions would be appreciated in some logical step by step approach.to finding out what is the problem.

Thanks!!

you may need a nancom, to do a power bleed if the ABS light is on then you may have an air lock in the ABS unit

20ft of speaker wire and a toggle switch = you can power bleed a D2. Remove ABS relay put the wire in the front/back terminals flip the switch & ABS pump will run.

yes you can bleed the ABS as you say, but having a nancom would help to identify any other faults , so beg, borrow or hire one if you can

ABS faults won't keep you from bleeding the system. Also ABS faults won't make it NOT stop. You just won't have the ABS function. Also I know this is a dumb question, but you did install the proper caliper onto the proper side correct? For proper bleed screw orientation.
