Have you done a compression test on your motor? Do you know what your long term fuel trim values look like?

For what it's worth, my fuel trims are always within 1% from each other, so you may want to look for some more exhaust/vacuum leaks. The compression test would be a worthwhile check just to give you an idea of the overall condition of that motor. Although I haven't seen this on my motor, there are a lot of people that report heavy cam lobe wear on the v8 which could effectively reduce your lift/duration and steal a lot of power

Those meters were at idle warmed up completely. it does have a exhaust leak on bank 2 where the manifold meets the pipe, but would that affect anything?

I have no codes and the vacuum leak was where the hose connects the IAC to the intake

Yes, an exhaust leak upstream of the o2 sensor can affect the reading. I don't believe that it will cause the huge power loss that you are describing, but it should be fixed regardless. What kind of mpg are you getting? Does your truck coast down from speed noticeably faster? That might indicate a dragging brake or other driveline issue.

You should fix small things like that. One thing here one thing that adds up quick. I had 3 different vacuum leaks. Also putting the smaller wheels and tires from another truck if you have it would also help. Try removing as many variables as possible

Ok I'll order that exhaust gasket now and as for the brake dragging no, I checked all 4 to make sure they were free, the tires yes I need to swap them to see if it changes any to check that off the list. I will install the exhaust gasket then report back, thanks again everyone for your help with this
