Default Discovery II misfiring only in warm weather

My 2000 Discovery has started what fells like misfiring since the weather has gotten warmer. This only seems to happen when the outside temp gets warm. In the morning it runs fine, even at normal operating temp of the engine. But when I go home from work and the outside temp gets in the 60's and 70's it will start acting like its misfiring or running out of gas when the engine gets warm. I was pulling a small trailer the other day and it was doing it very bad. There are no check engine lights on. I do have the three ABS lights but that is another problem.
Any ideas on what to check?

Thanks
Bruce

Have the plug wires ever been replaced? It's a really common ailment on these things that causes misfiring. If they haven't been done, replace them with Magnecor brand only.

Cheers,
Dave
