Default Discovery II OBD Code Help

Need to tap into the knowledge base here again please as I am still on the hunt for a 03' or 04" Discovery II - Looking at one now local to me with a Service Engine Light on with an OBD reading that comes back with "P1417 secondary air system fault bank 2. P1000 (80) secondary air system fault bank 1".

What might this likely entail to resolve?

Thanks.

P1417 Secondary Air Injection System – Low air flow Bank 2 RH (Insufficient SAI flow
during active test)
Believe P1000 is a generic code and would be n/a.

I would think since on only one side one of the small vacuum hoses for the control valves may have slipped off or is deteriorated.
