If that was not done on purpose I would be taking my radiator hose off and looking for the rest of my thermostat. Prolly clogging up the works... Yikes. A small shop vac works wonders for sucking out the lines of any loose debris.

Hi guys, I can't thank you enough for all your supports. Overheating has disappeared immediately I replaced the thermostat. I am so happy, so it was bad thermostat all this while.
Now I have the 3 amigos and I don't know how to get rid of them. Your advices are welcome.
Finally, my steering wheel will be shaking/vibrating when I am doing 50-70. What is responsible for this?

Glad the thermostat fixed your temp issues.
"Three Amigos" can be caused by several things. The right way to fix it is to rent an ABS Amigo from someone on the forum, and use it to pull the codes. You'll need the ABS Amigo anyway because it's the only way to clear ABS codes; a normal OBDII code reader won't clear them.
Very likely the problem will be a bad solder joint in the modulator or the shuttle valve switch has failed. Here's a website where a member came up with a brilliant workaround for ABS issues.
The steering wheel vibration is very likely a tire that needs rebalacing, a bent rim, or a tire that separating. Just get your front tires rebalanced. The tire shop will tell you what the problem is.

Hmm, I see where being in Nigeria would make it harder to get parts and tools. It's possible that the people who make the ABS Amigo will ship to you if you buy one.
In your situation I'd suggest doing the Option B fix from the page I liked before. I'd guess there's a 50% to 60% chance this will fix your problem. It's possible the three amigos will just go away after you do this.
But if the codes have been there long enough they have to be manually cleared. Some of the more expensive OBDII scanners will read and clear ABS codes, so you could try to rent/borrow one of those to clear the codes. Or maybe take it to a mechanic and give him some money to clear your codes.
