As you probably already know LR03NJ, Bowler is the indy king of offroad LR's although many don't look like LR's at all. Him and his son, a driver, are amongst the worlds quickest in the offroad business, even the Dakar.

 

There is a class for autobox's but if you want to go stickshift it is best as an 8 speed sequential similar to race cars. These are the rally world leaders.

I started taking various racing classes back in 2010 (i.e. track & rally) and recently started to focus more on rally driving with the goal of getting my license. Luckily enough, a rally school moved in very close to where I live (Dirt Fish).
