Do I REALLY need a new Head Gasket...really?
1) The mechanic needs to show and tell you WHY you need new HG's.
2) You have owned the rig since new, and you NEVER have low fluids.
3) Buy this UltraGauge OBDII Scan tool & Information Center and keep an eye on your water temps.
4) Drive your favorite rig untill you have physical proof that it indeed needs HG's.
5) Don't fix something that isnt broke, your just asking for more problems.
6) MO
7) 3-4 now! lol

maybe just monitor the situation for now, but it's going to need head gaskets sooner or later. they all do. mine started leaking externaly out the back right hand corner. do you hear a water rushing type sound from the dash? if you do it's the head gasket.
If you smell burning coolant or coolant starts disappearing, the HG have failed.
