Default Does the 3 Amigos prevent going into low range?

On the 2004, low range and the shift into it worked great, then the three amigos because of a bad hub (have the new one just haven't had time throw it on yet) and now it doesn't shift into low. I checked that the solenoid is able to move. And yeah, smooth as can be, not seized at all. My only thought was that maybe the 3 amigos might prevent this? IDK. CDL engages perfectly smooth still FWIW.

No issue on my 99. had the 3 amigos for years and never a problem. I do run the d1 shifter set up however. Shouldn't matter though.

ABS faults & 4Hi/N/4Lo function are not related. Probably interlock solenoid or rusty frozen cable.
