I have a 2001 DII. the problem I am having is the drivers door and passenger door
behind driver is not locking properly with the key fob. The issue is if I hit the lock
button once the passenger side doors lock. If I hit the button twice to double lock
the drivers side locks lock.. When I go to unlock the doors only the passenger side
locks unlock and the drivers side doors have to be unlocked manually from the inside.
Any help would be appreciated.

Mine are doing the same thing! They work by hand but not with the key fob.

 

I would suggest you call the dealer and talk with the service manager. Their test book can set and change the locking process, I believe they can reprogram the lock system to bring all 5 doors back to their normal locking process.
