Door locks broken?

Door locks broken?
My driver's door lock and the door behind it do not respond to the remote, whether locking or unlocking in my 2002 Discovery. Does anyone know anything i can do to fix it, short of taking it to a dealer (1.5 hrs away.)

Clean and lube the lock actuators, see if that helps, if not the buy a couple used lock actuators from,
