My 03' SE7 has a similar problem. If I push the lock button once on the remote, all doors other than the drivers locks. If I press it twice fast, all doors lock, including the driver. Hitting unlock unlocks all doors, except the drivers. Hitting unlock twice fast, does the same thing. No matter what, the driver door will not unlock via remote. Of course it does by inserting the key in, but thats it. Rather annoying.

Ive tried resetting the locks by doing it three times slowly, same thing.

You need a new drivers door lock actuator.
Hitting the button twice fast pushes the lock up/down twice, once to start it to move and then the second one gives it the final nudge it needs.

You can tell it "tries" to unlock, but doesnt have enough oomph to do it. Im getting tired of spending more money on this, I think the dealer I bought it from is going to fix this problem though.

When we test drove it, it was the same thing, but for the rear driver side. They said they put a new one in there, and then it was the driver door doing it now. Waiting on the part for weeks now from them. Was hoping since it worked before, it was just a simple fix of some kind.

Thanks for the reply. BTW, I ordered a hub from roverparts last Wed, got here last Fri. With regular s&h, very happy with their service. Even if the ABS sensor wire was different than the one I had.
