Does anyone have a line on replacement plastic door sills and the mounting clips for them? If not OEM, aftermarket?

Not the steel sides, the plastic covers that hold down carpet and finish off the door edge.

 

I'd check local boneyards.

 

I’ve gotten them from the junk yard but have thought about having some aluminum ones made.

They would be stronger and much better imo

 

If I could get my hands on ones that were intact, I could either 3D scan/print them or machine them out of aluminum. The ones I'm talking about have the square "prongs" to go through the square punched holes in the floor but have the round button top to receive screw to hold down the plastic sill cover.

If anyone has a few "new" to share, I can get more manufactured.

Clips & Fasteners is helpful, but don't have what I need. Anyone have other sites they use? Or maybe Wurth?

 

Yes, you need to go to your local hardware store to see if they can order you Item# 400169 Gommet Nut Round Head No. 8-10 from the Hillman Group. You can get them in a box of 20. I think that item number is 45989-H.
