Default Drain plug size

Does any body know the size of the drain plug for the tranny and Differentials.

You mean what size wrench?
The diffs take a 1/2" rachet. Just stick the square end of the rachet into the hole and away you go. You will need a short extenstion, but that is what you use.
As far as the drain plug on the trans oil pan, dont know. I just kept switching sockets until I found the one that fit.

Just drained my trany today its a 17mm.

8mm hex drive for the fill plug, 5mm hex drive for the drain plug on the tranny. 1/2" ratchet for the t-case fill and drain plugs as well as for the differential drain plugs. The differential fill plugs are a 21mm head and are plastic so be very careful not to over-torque them, as they will snap easily. I am assuming the vehicle in question is a Disco II.
