Default Driver side Rear Window Not Working

Hello,

As the topic says my driver side rear window is not working. When I attempt to put the window down nothing happens, no noise, clicking or anything. I had another disco owner tell me it is the motor, however, I thought if the motor was out you would hear a clicking noise?

Could it be the fuse? If so where is the fuse located for the rear driver side window located? Thanks for taking the time to read my post and I appreciate any help you can offer!

Fuse 13 and 29 are part of the circuit, but should kill other window as well. Connectors for the door to frame connection are behind the trim in the door post. The RAVE has pix of connector locations, schematics, etc.
