After a month of erratic window operation I decided to take things apart to figure WTH is going on. Found this.
Apparently 15 years and 150K miles of door opens & closes have taken a toll on the wiring. So, if you have a good fuse, good switch and good BCU and still get zero volts at the lift motor be certain to check the wiring in the door jamb for cracks or breaks. Quick re-solder, shrink wrap and tape job has things back to normal.
