Hi, We have a 2000 discovery.... I drive my wifes discovery every once in a while and I have to adjust the seat back for some leg room...well my wife got in the next morning and could not move the seat forward..funny thing is the backrest button works fine and she can adjust the seat height fine too...but the forwards and backwards has gone out thats it....does this function have its own motor? any advice would be appreciated, before I take this to the dealer..Now its adjusted for me to drive only...I don't mind at all , but after a few beers I would prefer for my wife to drive. cheers.

 

Problem solved, we went to Rover dealer and were talked into a 2006 rover...Life is good.
