Default Drivetrain vibration.

Complete rebuild/balance on front prop shaft last week and installed this weekend, tires rebalanced today, rotoflex looks good..no visible cracks, checked hubs for play and still have a 65 to 75 slight vibration in the steering wheel. Not there before the front prop shaft being installed. Took to driveline shop that did the rebuild and the tech there came out and went under my truck and came out sayiny I had about 1/16 inch play in transfer case output flange and that's the problem. My question is how much play (if any) is okay. He said it is between the 12 and 6. 122,000 all fluids changed and running Syn 75w140 in T/C and differentials. Any ideas?

Little or none. Sounds like it may be time to replace the flange assembly.
