Default EAS locked in high position

Hi all. My LRDII rear is stuck in a EAS max-height position. That is, the rear body is raised beyond normal ride height and will not lower. This is nothing to do with the height control for towing, okay.

I need to lower the body to match the front height (new front springs attached). The dealer's computer (autologic) when connected to the ECU can lower the bags, but not save the height settings. They did it 3 times with no success. Anyone else having this problem? Please help if you have any advice on this. Thanks in advance. Lance

First Disco 2's do not have EAS but SLS.
You can drop the height by by disconnecting the height switch arm and moving it till the suspension gets back ti normal.
Also, you have no sort of height control for towing, not sure where you are getting your information. With a separate remote control you can raise and lower the rear end in order to hook up your trailor, and this is not a standard feature.

Default profile for this vehicle (EAS locked in high position)

Forgot important information. Sorry! My (Lance Bennett's) LRDII is a 1999 V8 manual (Australian spec.)

Their computer should be able to view the status of the SLS system, all the way down to whether or not the button on the dash is being depressed or if it's currently in off road mode. Are they not seeing any issues? It just won't take the calibration adjustments? Perhaps they reprogram the thing for coil springs and the set it back to airbags... maybe as a reboot? Not sure if that will help or hurt, of course.
