Engine Misfiring Continued after new Spark Plugs

The coils are paired in the following cylinder order:
1 and 6.
8 and 5.
4 and 7.
3 and 2.
Have you checked for spark yet?
I had a 4-7 misfire. It ended up being a coil pack that was cracked which in turn burnt out a transistor in my ECU because of the damaged coil.
You might also want to check the multiplug on the coil pack to make sure it is snapped in fully.
