Exhaust manifold gasket: ERC3606 or ERR6733?

ERC3606 is a single
ERR6733 is a double

What is the difference besides that one is single the other a double? With the single the block looks better when installed. Which one seals better?

Double will be a bit easier to install/align. My question about sealing is regarding ML Steel vs composite. (Sorry to side-track).
