Exclamation Explain Connector C0505 from Rave

If anyone replaced front right ABS Sensor with a long wire type I would like to make sure before I cut those wires.

Page #103 and page # 444 from Electrical Library says;

"From Front RH ABS sensor pins C0517-1/2 to SLABS ECU pins C0505-4/5 on G wires"

Just wanted to confirm I need to cut wire # 4 and 5, right? Is there any better way to connect this wires in case I have to take this off down the road.

Thanks for your help in advance

IMHO your work would be simpler if you used connection point C0517. See attached photos from connection pages of the electrical library of the RAVE.

Savannah Buzz, thank you. I agree with you that does not seem too easy.

I have tried that with a new one that plugs into 517 and repaired my old one that was torn where the original problem started. Still getting

044:Front Right sensor output low
064:Front Right sensor electric fail

talked to Storey he thinks there is ground issue. I don't understand where the ground would be, this is not touching anything.

So my logic tells me I need to make sure to eliminate the wire possibility. If that does not solve the problem then I may have to look to replace the Hub. I have eliminated the Shuttle valve issue. This is frustrating and starting to question the Land Rover's engineering competencies. LOL

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
