The problem: both of my exterior mirrors will not adjust inward/outward but do adjust up and down. I have replaced the driver's side (left) mirror with the same result. I suspected that the (then) problem was with the replacement as well but now I'm thinking it is an internal electrical problem. I see there is a fuse for the mirrors but think that it would affect the whole thing. Has anyone else run in to this and, if so, how do/did you fix it? Since the problem is the same for both mirrors, I would check the switch.
